Ye Olde Irish Car Bomb!

Happy St. Patrick's Day to you all from the little leprechaun! Everyday, I am trying to give a good recipe idea that you can quickly produce at home. Ideas to simplify your life but, with good food! This St. Patty's Day, I thought I would indulge you in a festive treat normally reserved for the strong willed and able bodied person. You see, being Irish and all; you just gotta have good drinks too. It's not always about the potatoes. This drink is common to some but, to others; well, may have never heard of it. We bought one for our church pastor last month and he, quite frankly, asked for another one!

Irish Car Bomb

8 oz Guinness
3/4 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
1/4 oz Bailey's Irish Cream

Method:

1. pour Guinness into pint glass, filling half a glass. let settle.
2. in a 1 oz shot glass, pour whiskey first and top with Irish cream.
3. drop shot glass into Guinness & chug! DO NOT SIP, CREAM WILL CURDLE!
