Carolina Pork Sandwich
Every one's had a barbecued pork sandwich once in their life, right? something really cool happens when slow cooked meat marinates in a variety of liquids. This sandwich takes a little twist and has taken that Carolina flavor of vinegar and mustard spiked with roasted garlic to give it a little extra Pow! Here's to the hope of summer coming soon!

Carolina Pork Sandwich
4 ea kaiser or other type of hearty bun
12 oz pulled pork, smoked
4 oz cider vinegar
1/2 c mustard
2 teas sugar
1 teas minced roasted garlic
1 teas honey
salt & pepper
6 oz cole slaw mix(available in produce section)
3 oz sweet & sour dressing
cajun seasoning
2 T mayonnaise
Method:
1. in bowl, make marinade whisking together vinegar, mustard, sugar, garlic, honey, salt & pepper. Add pork to it and marinate 2-3 hours.
2. in separate bowl, make slaw combining salt, pepper, slaw mix, dressing, seasoning & mayonnaise.
3. heat pork in large sauce pan over medium heat to cook off some of liquid.
4. place on buns, top with coleslaw and grab some napkins!
