French Toast with Banana Butter
Today, Evan went to church for the first time! He was great! It was a great day at the Quinn's house. This is a recipe for a warm tropical breakfast.

French Toast with Banana Butter
8 slices texas toast
8 eggs
1/4 c milk
cinnamon
nutmeg
1 lb unsalted butter
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c banana liquor
2 fresh bananas, sliced
Method:
1. whisk eggs with milk, cinnamon & nutmeg. dredge bread through eggwash and cook in skillet until golden brown.
2. in mixer whip butter until it turns white. add brown sugar & liquor. blend completely.
3. serve toast topping with scoops of butter. top with slices of banana.
