Sheri Takes Over!!! EASY Roasted Pork Tenderloin
Hey everybody, it's Sheri, and I've gone "rogue" on Chris' blog to enter a recipe that Chris craves even the day after he's had it. [ He's been seen standing over the crock pot (...yes, I said crock pot) dipping bread into the extra sauce! ]
Key word: EASY!
Great for: Kids and adults alike!
Good for: A day away when you want to return home to dinner ready to go.
Ingredients:
1 to 2 pork tenderloins (just buy as much as your family needs)
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (not reduced fat for this- yuck!)
1/2 packet "Lipton Onion Soup Mix"
cut up carrots
peeled potatoes, cubed
seasoned salt (or salt/ pepper) to taste
Mix soup and 1 can water with 1/2 packet of soup mix in crock pot
Add other ingredients
Slow cook 6-8 hours low heat in Crock Pot
Serve with dinner rolls, and apple sauce
Enjoy!
Cheers from the wife!
