Espresso rubbed Pork Ribs
Here in CLE, life goes on. The hometown boys image burning in effigy, rumor had it that his fathead wall decals were re-priced from $99.00 to $17.81(ironically, the same year of Benedict Arnold's betrayal) oh, and did you know that Dan Gilbert(cavs owner) also owns fathead. I'm just sayin!

Espresso rubbed Ribs
4 racks baby back ribs(pork)
1/2 c espresso grounds
1/8 c salt
2 T. black pepper
2 T. Cajun seasoning
1 T. paprika
1 teas. parsley
1 teas. cayenne pepper
1/2 teas. cinnamon
water
Method:
1. in bowl, mix all dry ingredients well
2. crust pork ribs & place in pan.
3. add about 3 c water.
4. bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 225 for 3 hours.
