So, you know that I cook... did you know that my better half served time as a mixologist???  Yea, when I had my restaurant, she moonlighted as a weekend bartender BK (before kids).  She enjoys making new concoctions and sometimes, she strikes gold.  this recipe is one of those times.  Take over Sher...


Southern Raspberry Tart

It drives people crazy, but I never measure, so these are just estimates...
1 shot glass Southern Comfort
1 shot glass Chambord
1/2 shot glass Vodka
Sour Mix - splash
----shake the above ingredients in a mixer------
Pour over ice, then fill glass to the top with 7 Up
(Hint: The taller the glass, the "less strong" the drink.)
