Sweet Thai Fries

80s and sunny!  Went to the "cool car" show tonight.  the boys and my Monday summer ritual.  We saw over 300 classic cars and it's neat to see my boys get excited to go, it's our little thing!  cool.

here's a recipe that is sweet to eat.

Sweet Thai Fries

4 large Yukon gold potatoes, sliced french fry thin
1/2 c sweet thai chili sauce
1 teas peanut butter
salt & pepper
yellow peppers, diced
green onions, diced

Method:

1. bake potatoes in oven pan seasoned with salt & pepper until tender.
2. in bowl, combine chili sauce & peanut butter.
3. toss hot fries in bowl and coat thoroughly.
4. plate & top with peppers & onions.
