Peach Bellini

Drinks!  Drinks! Drinks!  & it is not always about the alcohol level in them.  Simple things make people happy.  Here is 1 of my favorites.

Peach Bellini's

5 lbs frozen peaches
2 quarts white cranberry juice
1 c apple juice
raspberries
sprig of mint

Method:

1. puree peaches with cranberry & apple juice
2. pour into glasses
3. top with mint and raspberries
