To all my peeps out there who are looking for food ideas! I want to welcome any of you who have the need to cook and just need some recipes. I thought there would be no better time to start blogging than the St. Patty's Day season! This recipe is a classic with a twist! Enjoy!


Rueben O'Quinney

2 slices Rye Bread
4 oz shaved corned beef
1 oz sauerkraut
2 slices swiss cheese
1 oz thousand island dressing
1 oz chipotle mayonnaise
1 oz melted butter
3 oz shoestring french fries
3 ea baby sweet gherkin pickles

Method:

1. brush butter on bread and toast.
2. lay corned beef and swiss cheese.
3. layer on toast with sauerkraut. Re-toast until cheese is melted. Top with dressing and mayonnaise.
4. cook french fries and serve with gherkins.
