3 Cheese Pasta Shells

This recipe is in anticipation of springtime and a hope for the snow to stop!
Cheers to great food!

Three Cheese pasta shells:

8 oz Mini shells, cooked
2 oz shredded cheddar cheese
2 oz shredded smoked gouda cheese
1 oz shaved romano cheese
6 oz heavy cream
salt & pepper
1 oz red onions, sliced thin
1 oz roasted red pepper strips
1 oz sliced zucchini
1/2 oz sliced banana peppers
2 chicken breasts
1 oz olive oil

Method:
1.Season chicken breast with salt and pepper and olive oil. Grill and slice.
2.In saute pan, heat cream, onions, peppers, zucchini and banana peppers. Add heavy cream, cheeses, pasta and sliced chicken breast.
3.Plate and garnish with extra cheese.
