Top of the Reuben Wrap
Good day laddy! Top o the morning to ya! Yes, I have Irish blood and that means Guinness, Jameson's and corned beef. This is a recipe that twists up the traditional Reuben... A Reuben wrap.
Don't drink too much green beer!

Top of the Reuben Wrap
5 oz corned beef, sliced
2 whole wheat wraps
1000 island dressing
2 T.hot sauce
3 T. mayonnaise
1 c cole slaw mix
sweet pickle relish
Swiss cheese, sliced
french fries
dry ranch dressing mix
method:
1.toss cole slaw mix with hot sauce and mayonnaise. let sit for 10 minutes.
2.layer onto wrap, corned beef, 1000 island, coleslaw mix, relish and Swiss. roll and toast in oven or panini press.
3.cook fries and toss with ranch mix.
4.pour a pint of Guinness and enjoy a nice dinner.
