Sweet Thai Chicken Cashew Salad

One of the hottest flavors out there is sweet Thai chili sauce.  you see it everywhere, on everything from wings to burgers.  I got a salad recipe that I am sure my wifey will likey!  It's simple, yet flavorful!

Sweet Thai Chicken Cashew Salad

romaine lettuce, chopped
spring mix
diced chicken breast
sweet Thai chili sauce
red onion, sliced thin
mandarin oranges
cashews
toasted sesame dressing

Method:

1.saute chicken in sweet Thai chili sauce on low heat.
2.combine all other ingredients together and top with warm chicken.
