Father's Day Chorizo Blue Cheese Burgers
Today, I thank God for my family! an opportunity to share them with others is the true Father's Day gift!!! For all you dads out there who are enjoying it, celebrate, soak it in. You deserve it! For those who are on their way to becoming a father, it will change your life. For those who haven't had the chance, celebrate with your dads! Here's a little recipe to celebrate with!

Father's Day Chorizo Blue Cheese Burgers
4-6 ea. 4.5" burger buns or kaiser rolls
1 lb bulk chorizo sausage
4 lb 80/20 ground beef
1 c crumbled blue cheese
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 c fine diced onions
1/4 c grated romano or parmesan cheese
caramelized onions
Chianti BBQ sauce
Method:
1.in bowl, mix together sausage, blue cheese, beef, seasoned salt, diced onions & grated cheese. mix together well. patty up.
2.grill medium well to well done(because of the sausage)
3.top bun with chianti bbq sauce & caramelized onions.
4.enjoy with a side of chipotle potato salad.
