Orange Shallot Vinaigrette

So, as we get closer to the holiday season, I thought i would drop a quick recipe for a seasonal dressing to use as a marinade, salad dressing or even a sauce.

Orange Shallot Vinaigrette

1 c Orange juice
2 shallots
1/8 teas. poppy seeds
2 T. honey
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 teas. chili oil

Method:

1.in food processor, chop shallots, add all other ingredients and blend until full puree happens
  (add a bit of corn starch if you need a little thicker)
