Spicy Fish & Noodles
In this, the time of lent is the time to reflect on life, the hope of spring and the renewal of hope! It is also a time to eat... some say that lent is about eating more fish! well, for those peeps, here you go!

Spicy Fish & Noodles
3 each 3 oz portions of cod
2 c flour
Mixed pepper spice blend
1 Killian's Red Lager
Udon noodles
Thai curry stock
fresh ginger, chopped fine
green onions, chopped
Method:
1. Mix together flour, pepper blend & Killian's
2. Dip fish into batter and fry.
3. In saute pan, heat stock with ginger & reduce.
4. Toss noodles in stock and add green onions.
